Drug Awareness in Construction:
Embedded Risk Management

This introductory course is designed for those in or entering the construction industry, focusing on the risks of drug use in this demanding field. It comprises four modules – Stimulants, Depressants, Hallucinogens, and Marijuana – which can be completed individually or as a full programme.
Each module concludes with a multiple choice test, and participants earn a certificate upon completion. This certificate can be used during job applications to showcase awareness of drug-related risks and a commitment to safety.
Workplace Substance Abuse:
Drugs Management for Leaders
These courses are designed to help managers address drug-related challenges in the workplace. With drug abuse becoming increasingly common in society, and by extension, organisations, leaders must go beyond enforcing no-drugs policies to recognising signs of misuse, investigating incidents, and managing the associated risks and impacts.
The courses cover a range of substances now prevalent in society, equipping managers with the knowledge and tools needed to safeguard their teams and maintain a safe, productive work environment.

Date Rape Drugs (Entry Level & Leaders)
The construction industry is built on a commitment to create, not destroy. That same spirit makes it a safe, supportive space where women can grow and thrive, free from sexual abuse. But our duty of care doesn’t end at the site gate. We must also protect workers off-site, ensuring they return to work safe and free from trauma.
Our awareness course introduces the three most common drugs used in sexual assaults, their effects, and the emotional impact; especially when the perpetrator is a trusted friend. The advanced leadership course goes further, covering male-on-male assault, the motives behind such crimes, and the legal challenges victims face, particularly when memory-erasing substances are involved.
These courses are essential for HR teams, safety leads, and company decision-makers who want to create a culture of safety, respect, and informed prevention.
